We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive.The Director, Content Insights & Analytics, will sit on Peacock’s Advanced Content Analytics team within NBCU Media Group Decision Sciences and serve as a senior leader overseeing content performance across a variety of genres on Peacock. This role acts as a strategic authority on content and audience intelligence, leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering actionable insights, scalable analytical frameworks, and self-service data solutions for a wide range of Peacock-focused and broader NBCU stakeholders.This leader will partner closely with Content Programming, Scheduling, Marketing, and Strategy while integrating with other groups across Decision Sciences to translate first- and third-party data, as well as marketplace intelligence, into clear recommendations that inform business decision-making. The role will have a direct and measurable impact on Peacock’s continued growth and competitive position within the streaming landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep expertise in Peacock’s content portfolio and audience behavior, serving as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders across content development and strategyTranslate complex analyses, streaming KPIs, and methodologies into clear, compelling written and verbal narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including senior creative executives and external partnersOversee the data requirements, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of data products that enable scalable, self-service access to insights across NBCUPartner closely with Consumer Insights to shape research agendas and deliver integrated, holistic perspectives on content performance and audience engagementContribute to cross-platform performance analyses, providing critical Peacock-centered insights that help contextualize NBCU’s broadcast and cable content performanceGuide the communication of content performance to external partners when contractually required or strategically valuable to business relationshipsCollaborate with key deal-making and content stakeholders (including Acquisitions, Originals, Finance, Programming, and Strategy) to design and execute analyses that directly support commercial and strategic initiativesOwn projects end-to-end, from framing and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate and aligned with business objectivesChampion data democratization, performance storytelling, and data-driven decision-making across the organizationLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing, high-output analytics team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and equitable culture within NBCUniversal
