Responsibilities for the Baler – Machine Operator job include:· Run baler machine to compress and bind cardboard.· Maintain the work area, keep equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations.· Break down cardboard for recycling.· Open chamber doors and remove bales. Glasses, sleeves, gloves, and safety vest required.· Set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment per the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.
