Job DescriptionThe receptionist is considered the first point of contact in the dental office. Receptionists will ensure that patients receive a great experience from the time they show up and leave from their dental appointment. They will also prepare charts and guide patients to complete forms, answer phones, and monitor patient schedules for upcoming appointments. Primary Responsibilities: -Greeting and helping patients -Monitor and maintain the reception room -Pulling of charts and answering phones -Keep all patients comfortable until called in to the back office for their appointment -Monitor the seating time until patient is called to the back and keep patient updated -Collecting payments due for that day's scheduled appointment -Make outbound calls to patients and rescheduling broken appointmentsWe will provide all necessary training to heighten your skills and enable you to competently communicate with patients and handle assigned operational business tasks. These positions will involve some Saturdays and some evening hours.
