Job DescriptionWestern Digital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Regional Creative Designer to execute, produce, and localize marketing creative for the EMEA region in close alignment with our Global Marketing and Creative teams. This role is a hands-on design execution position, focused on high-volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership.This role supports regional marketing programs by translating global creative frameworks into technically accurate, region-ready assets across digital, event, partner, and campaign touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong production designer with deep experience working within brand guidelines, managing multiple deliverables, and collaborating across geographies and time zones.You will play a critical role in ensuring Western Digital’s creative assets are consistent, accurate, localized, and delivered on time, enabling regional teams to execute effectively while maintaining global brand integrity.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and produce marketing assets for EMEA initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materialsExecute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworksAdapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistencyPartner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programsCollaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standardsManage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirementsPrepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirementsIncorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocityMaintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflowsStay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output qualityRequired SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plusStrong working knowledge of brand systems, templates, typography, layout, and production standardsAbility to accurately interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assetsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality controlStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverablesEffective collaboration and communication skills across global, cross-functional teamsComfortable operating in a structured, matrixed, and deadline-driven global organization
