The intern will help convert institutional and historical knowledge into structured process documents and tools, and improve operational efficiency through checklists, analytics, and automation.This role is ideal for candidates interested in process improvement, analytics, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument historical and tacit (“back-of-the-head”) knowledge into structured process documents and PoMS.Create and maintain process checklists to support standardization and compliance.Analyze Excel datasets and support conversion into macro-enabled automated solutions.Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and/or other analytical tools.Support preparation of presentations, summaries, and insights for stakeholders (PowerPoint preferred).
