Job DescriptionEchoPark Automotive is looking for an Automotive Pricing and Merchandising Analyst to join our team in Arlington, TX.  As a Pricing and Merchandising Analyst, you will be responsible for pricing our vehicles and optimizing our marketing. This role is critical to our customer acquisition strategy, so it requires someone who is highly detail-oriented and possesses exceptional focus.What You Will Do:Maintain the balance of maximizing front-end profitability and customer contacts while minimizing aging.Learn the merchandising and pricing aspects of our business with attention to how your actions drive growth and vehicle age.  Demonstrate great attention to detail and focus while adding options to vehicles to promote them on various websites.Exercise great discipline when updating vehicle prices to ensure that they maximize customer acquisition while hitting our profit and vehicle age targets.Review and update third-party websites to ensure our vehicles are properly merchandised to drive customer acquisition.Partner with the Buyers to ensure that our pricing accurately reflects current market conditions and to make corrections when a specific vehicle deviates from our plan.Show a learner’s mindset by reviewing weekly performance to identify how you can improve your performance, identify constraints, mitigate risk, and show appreciation to other family members.What We Are Looking For:Minimum 1-year retail automotive experience or curating data.Solid understanding of the retail and wholesale automobile sales processesExperience with Excel and automotive CRM is a plusClean motor vehicle and criminal background records What We Offer You : Average income potential of $42-48k 5 day work weekMedical / PharmacyDentalVisionFlexible Spending Account401K
