Job DescriptionCompensation:Hourly position ranging from $22.00 to $30.00What We are Looking For:The Install Lead ensures safe and quality work practices and adheres to the California Closets Profesional Installation Experience, service requirements. This role assists in training, job site inspections, installer attendance, floating install coverage, and service calls to ensure delivery of the highest level of client experience. This location is privately-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:Health insurance – Medical (allowance), Dental, and VisionPaid holidaysHourly plus performance based commision401K retirement plan with company match40 hours/week with overtime potentialGrow your career with us – many promotional opportunities are availableFranchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect job sites to ensure that installations are being completed according to Company standards and that installers are delivering the California Closets Professional Installation Experience.Use Company-provided assessment tools to assess Installers and make recommendations on ways they can improve.Assist in recruiting new Installers and providing new hire training as well as ongoing training.  Oversee daily job status checklists and daily updates, making sure Installers are providing accurate and daily updates.  Provide job coverage as a floater and is responsible for jobs assigned by the scheduler.Provide instructions to installers on job sites regarding safety and respect of customer property.Responsible for service calls and Go Backs as needed by the Company to satisfy customer service.
