Job DescriptionThis EHS Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day EHS support to the facility locations and operating teams within the designated region.  Support includes coaching, teaching, and training field personnel on safe operating behaviors and the design, development, and implementation of safety and risk control programs.  Provide daily and continuous safety support to designated region.Plans and assigns tasks, fills positions, motivates, coaches and measures the performance of individual contributors.Establishes and develops a positive team environment and performance driving team dynamics.Plans, supervises, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group, or team.Develops a clear understanding of company goals and objects to ensure overall objectives of the group are met.Perform on site facility and work site visits - 8/week – 32/month – 384/yearTravel Requirement - 80% (This role requires frequent travel, significant time spent driving, and regular visits to job sites)Conduct compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support AWP Safety - EHS Management.Maintain, audit, and update as needed AWP Safety - SOPs for all safe work practices and equipment and utilize them in the day-to-day training.Coach, train, guide, and mentor the regional employees through the AWP Safety Management System.Review accidents/incidents which occur in designated region and conduct field audits, reporting and manage corrective actions.Participate in and support detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
