Job DescriptionThe finance officer plays a critical role in Pact’s financial management, with large number of procurements and grants to local organizations, pact’s accounting practices, oversight and financial support of its local partners is central to effective programming. The jobholder will support monthly financial reporting to home office in WDC through Microsoft Dynamics Navigator (Navision Software). The jobholder will reconcile accounts receivables and follow up on out standings. The jobholder will ensure timely liquidation of staff advances and escalation of overdue accounts receivables. In conjunction with the senior accountant, the finance officer will ensure regular amortization of staff housing and other prepayments. The jobholder will ensure prompt remittances of all statutory deductions.
