Job DescriptionThe Technical Officer (Marketing) will oversee activities geared towards increasing the uptake of the enhanced RDTS in the private sector. The job holder will be responsible for developing and implementing a diagnostics marketing strategy for malaria diagnostics brands, targeted at both the providers and consumers.Additional key responsibilities include;Coordinating regular meeting with key stakeholders on the progress of the project towards gathering teaming on stock, RDT results interpretation, adherence and over-treatment 0f ACTS;Ensuring constant availability of quality assured diagnostics stock in the private sector pipeline by tracking orders, shipping, stocking and providing information on commodities as they move from manufacturers to the importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and end —users;Working with importers, distributors and healthcare providers to improve access to good quality malaria diagnostics;Working with the Regional BCC specialist to develop IEC materials and a BCC campaign;Monitoring market price of the enhanced product;Monitoring and supervision of sub contracted marketing activities;
