Job Description The Junior Legal Counsel will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates according to the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards. The Junior Legal Counsel is part of the Legal Commercial team and will provide legal support to commercial team across various Evolution entities. This position will form part of the global legal team. Main Responsibilities:Principal Contact for day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting of commercial agreements and documents related to commercial.Using standard contract templates to prepare/agree to other agreements (e.g., Service Terms and Conditions, subcontracts, consultancy and agency, and reseller agreement)Checking terms of standard agreements against Company policy and terms of standard forms. Amendments to/extension of existing agreements.Management of renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.Presentation of legal issues to management together with analysis, options, and recommendations.Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.The duties and responsibilities described in this job description are not a comprehensive list and as such additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; The scope of the job may also be subject to change as necessitated by business demand.
