Job DescriptionThe Quality Leader supports the execution of defined quality standards across the Asia supply base. Based in Hong Kong, this role focuses on hands-on quality control, supplier engagement, inspections, and data analysis. It serves as a key link between suppliers, QC partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Execution & SupportSupport the implementation of the Client quality standards, manuals, and inspection requirementsEnsure products meet brand, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout development and bulk productionSupport quality improvement initiatives across suppliers and product categoriesQC Coordination & Team SupportCoordinate day-to-day QC activities, including inline and final inspectionsSupport and guide external QC inspectors or junior QC resources as requiredEnsure inspection results are accurate, timely, and aligned with the Client standardsInspectionsConduct product inspections on a part-time basis, particularly for high-risk or priority stylesVerify workmanship, measurements, materials, and packaging against specificationsFollow up on inspection failures and corrective actionsSupplier Engagement & TroubleshootingWork directly with suppliers to communicate quality expectations and requirementsSupport troubleshooting of quality issues and assist with root-cause analysisFollow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAP) to ensure effective resolutionSupplier Risk & Performance TrackingSupport the maintenance of supplier quality risk scoring and performance trackingAssist in identifying repeat issues or high-risk suppliersEscalate quality risks and concerns to the Technical Manager in a timely mannerAudits & Factory SupportSupport factory quality audits and follow-up actionsAssist in evaluating factory capability, processes, and quality systemsTrack audit findings and ensure closure of corrective actionsData Analytics & ReportingMaintain quality data including inspection results, defect rates, and supplier performanceAnalyze data to identify trends and recurring issuesPrepare basic quality reports and dashboards for internal reviewCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sourcing, Product Development, and Production teamsSupport seasonal timelines and bulk readinessCommunicate quality risks and updates clearly to internal stakeholders
