Job DescriptionYou will be expected to:  1.    Answer timely and professionally, mails sent by our clients;  2.    Contact clients whenever they require and answer their requests about audits, inspections and Lab Testing;  3.    Order processing and handling (quotation, entry into system, queries, and follow up);  4.    Explain and help clients to book on QIMA's online platform;  5.    Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients;  6.    Follow any specific matter under the supervision of the Client Service Manager/ Senior Client Service Manager;  7.    Respect and apply company rules and policies.
