Job DescriptionThe Senior Contract Manager (Media) acts as a key legal and commercial partner supporting media procurement and contracting across Klick Media. This role leads contract strategy, negotiation, and vendor management for media agencies, publishers, and ad tech platforms. Working closely with Media Strategy, Finance, and Client Services teams, this role ensures contracts are structured, compliant, and aligned with client and business objectives.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end contract lifecycle management for media agreements, including drafting, redlining, negotiating, and executing contracts with media agencies, publishers, and ad tech vendorsDevelop and standardize media contracting frameworks, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency, compliance, and commercial outcomesAdvise Media Strategy and Planning teams on contract risk, scope changes, and vendor issues across active media campaignsNegotiate commercial terms with media vendors and platforms, including pricing models, data usage rights, and performance obligationsCollaborate with Finance and Client Services to align media contracts with client agreements, budgets, and organizational risk frameworks
