Find more information: Mon Volontariat International - official VIE | VIA web site.  Starting date: September 2026.  Type of contract: V.I.E programme, 12 months, renewable. Position & objectives:  As an Executive Search Specialist, you will join the in-house Executive Recruitment team, based in Brussels, Belgium, to help source future leaders within various companies of the Eurofins network.  Your main focus is to fill and maintain a strong executive pipeline by helping to identify relevant prospects for senior roles.More specifically, you will:Develop and execute search strategiesWork closely with the other peers from the Talent Acquisition team to further strengthen the pipelinePlan and manage interviews for senior candidatesPropose relevant profiles to senior management to support recruitment decisionsEnsure data quality linked to candidate managementSupport ad hoc projects with a focus on executive talent pipelinesYou will join an international office ideally located near parks and green spaces, bringing together colleagues from over 35 nationalities.
