Job DescriptionAs the Green Bean Inventory Assistant, you will ensure all green beans are loaded into hoppers and stored for the roastery in accordance with all documented processes, ensuring all food safety and quality standards are always maintained. You will be required to comply with the safe operation of the forklift/walk behind stacker and maintain a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse and roastery itself. This role is based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, where we roast our beans daily! You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. In this role, you’ll have the ability to:Ensure the Jacky bins, bulk bags, small bags and pallets are correctly labelled and accounted for.Load hoppers/Jacky bins with green beans in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.Ensure the roastery is consistently supplied with green beans.Pick and store Jacky bins in roastery to ensure continuous operations.Ensuring all deliveries are completed in Sage.Ensure all orders are picked on time and in full.Ensure all inbound green bean deliveries are checked and recorded daily, in accordance with all inbound documentation (including regulatory requirements).Efficient and timely communication of quality, and safety issues to stakeholders, as pertaining to inbound receipt of product.
