The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion GL, Fixed Assets, and Projects modules, strong process discipline, and the ability to translate system design into day-to-day operational performance. What You’ll DoGlobal  Record to Report, Fixed Assets, & Projects Process EnablementSupport the design, deployment, and continuous improvementMaintain process documentation, workflow standards, and governance routinesPartner with business units and MGSS and Controllship teams to rationalize process variations and drive adoption of standardized best practicesOracle Cloud AP and AR Expertise Serve as a functional resource across Oracle Cloud modulesSupport configuration reviews, UAT cycles, defect resolution, and enhancement deploymentsTranslate technical changes into business impacts, ensuring operational teams understand dependencies, timelines, and required adjustments.Operational Support & Issue Resolution Facilitate root-cause analysis for Record to ReportMonitor controls and data quality related to supplier master data, purchasing workflows, receiving transactions, and invoice matching. Support key operational cycles—including month-end and quarter-end activitiesCross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Corporate Accounting, MGSS, and regional operationsProvide training, job aids, and communication materials, insights, and issue trends to support process understanding and Oracle Cloud adoptionContinuous Improvement & Transformation Delivery Contribute to project planning, readiness assessments, and milestone executionSupport global transformation initiatives led by the Director, including rollout of new processes, design of governance structures, and deployment of global standards.
