Job DescriptionPrimary function is to provide strategy, direction, and oversight to design the future business model and service offerings for AbbVie Complete Access- a key organization focused on delivering meaningful support and solutions to customers. Ensure all activity is ethical and compliant.In partnership with monitoring teams, provide recommended actions to enhance training, communication, processes, and systems that support our compliance operations.Lead regular meetings with workstream leads to assess effectiveness of compliance program, share best practices, identify opportunities, and communicate updates/progress to Sr. Leadership.Build a roadmap for capability development, including team structure, resource planning, and governance models. Establish success metrics and lead ongoing refinement of service offerings to ensure continued relevance and value.Drive recommendations to improve business operating procedures. Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization.
