Job DescriptionThe Director of Neuroscience Commercial Strategy - Corporate Business Strategy Office (CBSO) will help drive commercial & market innovation strategy and business operations projects across the Neuroscience business, that includes Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinson’s Disease, and BOTOX Therapeutics. Specific activities will include:Strategic and Operational Excellence Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives that lay the strategic foundation to maximize patient impact of in-line brandsWorking with brand teams to lead the development of launch strategy for launch-ready productsLead key strategic initiatives across Neuroscience that identifies longer-term growth (e.g., Strategy long-range planning, BD assessment, Roadmap and Brand planning)Executing opportunities to drive operational effectiveness within and across business units with key cross-functional partners, e.g., Finance and HRLead development of business and operational reviews to senior Commercial and Executive leadershipThis position will foster positive working relationships and be highly collaborative with each franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Analytics and Business Insights (MABI), Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, Customer Experience, and other cross franchise teams to gain input into developing strategic and operational projects. The Director must demonstrate the ability to:Identify/scope key strategic initiativesLead project execution end to endInfluence without authority, while building a collaborative and integrated approach across the organization
