Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Change Management & Communications supports the OneHUB Transformation Lead in executing change management and employee communications programs across OneHUB, AbbVie’s centralized in-house customer service hub, with day-to-day responsibility for delivering structured change plans, stakeholder messaging, and engagement activities for frontline and business support teams. The role translates OneHUB initiatives into clear, actionable communications and change interventions, manages the content and operations of OneHUB’s digital communication channels, and tracks adoption and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.
