Job DescriptionThis position reports to the Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Leadership Team (ELT) packages, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Metrics, and Entity Plan. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership through the CFO.  ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of the quarterly earnings package used by AbbVie Executives / Investor Relations during earnings callsAssist with producing key analytics for BOD, ELT, Leadership Forum & other management packagesCollaborate with Investor Relations to produce analytics that inform LBEs, Quarterly Flash, LRP, Plan and BOD package publicationsSupport Associate Director, Entity Planning with entity forecast consolidation and modeling for Plan / LBE / LRP, including Intercompany Reconciliations, Deferred Margin analysis and Performance vs Entity reconciliationCompile a comprehensive monthly Executive Goal Grading Reporting PackageLiaison with Procurement to compile a quarterly Consulting spend analysisSupport Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis in driving high visibility special project(s)Assignment Manager for the FDP CFP&A rotationAd-hoc analysis (e.g. P&L profiles, Growth Metrics, R&D Analytics, peer comparison) as required
