Job DescriptionThe role will be leading our brand marketing team and reports into our BUM in order to support our growth in business and pipeline. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES •Hold accountability and responsibility for leading and developing brand marketers to maximize business as people leader. •Hold accountability and responsibility for allocated Brand P&L and financial planning (Financial Plan, LRP). •Drive development of Brand strategy within Brand planning process in line with responsibilities allocated within the Brand Team. •Maximize brand sales and margin revenue, through the effective management and execution of Brand activities as per Brand Plan and through effective leadership, contribution and participation in Brand Team activities. •Set future direction for existing and new products and business opportunities. •Support product market expansion through innovative commercial programs. •Develops view on Brand issues and competitive positioning, customer segments and their needs, and market development. •Develop effectively Brand/commercial strategies with specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand planning process and Brand Team direction.•Translate strategy to implementation into tactics; communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team (e.g. product messaging by physician segment). •Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment. •Maintain and develop in-depth customer insight to anticipate stakeholder needs.
