Job DescriptionAbbVie is seeking a Brand Manager to assist in the development of annual marketing plans, co-ordinate their successful implementation and grow the long-term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products within the context of the overall Corporate Business Plan. The Brand Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the development, translation and execution of a multichannel marketing strategy to ensure strategic and business objectives are met.This is a 12 month Max Term Contract opportunity. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelopment and execution of strategically aligned commercial initiatives in AbbVie NZFacilitate and lead agile project teams incorporating external stakeholdersDevelop strategic relationships with internal and external customers to gather insights and help guide business decisions.Participate in the development of marketing objectives and brand strategies, and their aligned tactics.Drive delivery of new customer insights to enhance and build on brand innovation.Work with brand and sales teams to execute brand strategy.Work with brand and sales team to implement omnichannel strategies incorporating traditional and digital channelsCoaching and modelling the AbbVie Innovation Framework.Navigate internal process to ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards while delivering on deadlines.Achieve sales and market share annual goals.Delivering highly tailored, compelling experiences using real-time data, advanced analytics and AI to reflect customers’ unique preferences and behavioursUnderstanding the key forces and dynamics inside and outside AbbVie that guide all decisionsUnderstanding market access key stakeholders’ economics and decision making to enable patient accessGathering, analysing and synthesizing data to generate impactful insights that drive action, deepen customer intimacy and fuel curiosityInspiring action through compelling narratives that effectively convey value for key stakeholders, including customers, peers and leadersRealizing the full potential of our brands and portfolios using a deep understanding of the market, competition, customers, and clinical value to build a compelling brand story and provide short- and long-term strategic directionBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders to exceed shared goalsReport any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVie’s policies and procedures.Proactively participate in AbbVie’s WHS programs, adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.Adhere to AbbVie’s internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested.
