Your mission is to maximize financial performance, enforce rigorous service standards, and secure the operational reliability necessary for our business to scale.You will report to the Head, Mobility Growth & Driver Strategy and work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, HCMC.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformStrategic Governance & Relationship ManagementPrimary Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for external fleet partners, fostering professional, long-term relationships.Proactive Oversight: Transition partner management from "problem-solving" to "performance-driving" through structured communication and accountability.Scaling Strategy: Build a partner ecosystem that supports rapid business growth while mitigating operational risk.Commercial Ownership & Financial PerformanceCost Optimization: Audit and validate billing to eliminate errors and realize substantial cost savings.Contract Management: Drive full contract compliance and lead negotiations for favorable commercial terms during renewals or expansions.Financial Accountability: Monitor spend against budget and identify opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality.Operational Excellence & ReliabilityPerformance Enforcement: Define, monitor, and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Governance Framework: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly performance check-ins to address gaps and align on goals.Issue Resolution: Act as the final escalation point for critical operational issues, ensuring fleet uptime and service consistency.
