Since our founding in 1959, Henning Larsen has grown successfully into a global company and today we are more than 450 across 17 studiosYou will be joining a dedicated and skilled international Business Development team of 10 individuals with various backgrounds. You will be working closely with our international community, as well as our Design Directors, and you will be instrumental in driving our proactive business development from Germany. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Key Responsibilities:Drive new business opportunities – Proactively identify and manage opportunities with new and existing clients/partnerships.Develop market strategies – Create and implement go-to-market strategiesProactive outreach – Expand our outreach in targeted marketsManage stakeholders & partnerships – Provide strategic advisory to Design Directors while fostering key relationships.Drive market research & activation – Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through proactive engagement.Lead tender submissions – Coordinate and deliver PQ, EOI, and RFP submissions independently and with colleaguesOversee lead management – Track, manage, and advance opportunities from initial lead to negotiation, both independently and collaboratively.Report on new business activity – Monitor and analyse business leads.Support marketing efforts – Collaborate on campaigns and events with the team.Coordinate cross-functionally – Work closely with Business Development, Communications and Competition teams across our studiosWhat are we looking for?A proven track record with a minimum of five-seven years in a similar role, specializing in strategic business development and/or marketing communications, preferably within design studios.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindsetA growing network and strong understanding of the stakeholder environment, including clients, collaborators, and partners.Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal German and English.Strong ability to write concisely and distill key information effectively.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment—agile, dedicated, and driven by a strong team spiritHow do you apply?
