Logistics & Container Operations Support:Collaborate closely with the logistics team to plan and execute inbound and outbound shipments.Ensure loading and unloading processes are conducted according to SOPs, including container stuffing and de-stuffing.Supervise container scheduling, documentation, and coordination with transporters and freight forwarders.Monitor container turnaround time, optimize loading efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.5. Budgeting & Cost Control:Prepare and manage departmental budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).Monitor production and logistics costs, identify variances, and implement cost-saving measures.Track KPIs related to production output, warehouse accuracy, and logistics performance.6. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE):Ensure all operations comply with company safety policies, government regulations, and industry standards.Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.Promote a strong safety culture across production, warehouse, and logistics teams.Ensure proper use of PPE, safe equipment handling, and emergency preparedness.
