Candidates who view AI tools as optional or experimental are not the right fit for this organization. The Mission: What You'll Be BuildingYou will lead teams delivering key capabilities across QAD’s intelligent, adaptive platform, including cloud‑native services, APIs, and AI‑enabled workflows supporting global manufacturing customers.Track Lead for ERP Modernization, owning the end-to-end migration of business logic from Progress to Java/PostgreSQL. Your Impact/ What you will be doing: Define the migration roadmap and rollback strategy for the full Progress → Java/PgSQL migrationLead the App Migration and DB Migration squads; manage 1× M5 EM, 2× P6 Principal Engineers, and 16 SWEsSet Java/Spring Boot and PostgreSQL architecture standards in collaboration with Principal EngineersDesign and run structured knowledge-extraction programs to capture legacy ERP domain logic before migrationOwn stakeholder communication — translate migration complexity into clear risk and progress reporting for the VPELead hiring for the 20-person track
