Job DescriptionWe have a brand new opportunity to join our team as a Finance Business Partner - Group Projects. This role supports the Group functions, operational and commercial teams by providing clear analysis and insights on group wide projects and initiatives, developing business cases for projects where required. The successful candidate will partner with the Group and BU finance teams to ensure that relevant information from group wide projects and initiatives is shared and understood, supporting the BUs to embed initiatives into budgets and forecasts, where required.Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner - Group Projects:Works with Group operational stakeholders to build portfolio of informationProduce business cases and ad-hoc analysis as requiredUnderstand stakeholder objectives and priorities to builds their objectives accordinglyBuild standard reports for key areas to provide transparency of performance to the Exec and senior teamsSupports the commercial decision-making process by developing guidelines and templatesSupports BUs to deliver group wide projectsSupports the strategic financial planning process by bringing transparency of the financial impacts of group wide initiativesEnsures that short term budgets and forecasts are aligned with financial targets defined by group wide projects and initiativesCommunicates expectations from BUs clearly and on a timely basis to ensure alignment on group-wide initiatives and projectsGathers information from a wide range of sources to support stakeholder decision making
