Job DescriptionWho will you be working with?You will work within the Capital Projects, Civil Engineering & Utilities organization at the LKZ Plant, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, HSE, finance, procurement, and project management teams. You will lead departmental planning and execution, assign and prioritize work across the team, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role provides executive‑level oversight of OpEx and CapEx projects, supports senior leadership through performance reporting and decision support, and represents the company in high‑level technical, regulatory, and governance forums.
