Job DescriptionAbout the Role/Specialty As an Enterprise Executive in Japan, we operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—owning both direct enterprise engagements and the activation of channel partners. We are market-makers, building trust with senior stakeholders, enabling partners to champion Canva, and shaping a locally relevant enterprise motion. Our work directly influences Canva’s enterprise footprint in Japan and feeds valuable customer insights back into our global product and go-to-market strategy. What you’ll do (responsibilities)You’ll lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles in Japan, from prospecting through to close.You’ll collaborate closely with Channel team as well as distributors and resellers to drive scalable growth.You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies with local market needs.You’ll tailor Canva’s enterprise value proposition to address customer pain points and business outcomes.You’ll manage pipeline health and forecasting accuracy through CRM tools.You’ll partner with Customer Success to deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences.You’ll act as a trusted advisor in Japan, bringing market insights back to Canva to shape future investments.
