Utilizing feedback to refine programs and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). • You will be responsible to design the future roadmap of the therapy with activities like business development, growth ideas for business, new launches and brand acquisition, identifying co-marketing opportunities, reach strategies (field force expansion) and Geography development etc. Implementing various strategic initiatives to strengthen brands/therapy, and collaborating with the strategy team and agencies to strengthen market presence. • You will be responsible for leading and developing the Setting goals for subordinates, conducting performance appraisals, and providing mentorship. Identifying training needs, tracking team retention rates, and organizing team-building activities to ensure high team performance.
