Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations with this FIFO role to join our onsite geochemical laboratories and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical services. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities include, however, are not limited to:Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff, maintaining appropriate staffing levelsEncourage continuous improvement and skills development across the teamLiaise with clients regarding sample analysis requirements and technical queriesPrepare and deliver monthly reports to clients and senior managementMaintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure non-conformances are recorded, investigated, and closed out in a timely mannerOversee sample preparation and analytical processesManage laboratory budgets and maintain responsibility for P&L performanceMaintain accurate staff training records and compliance documentation
