This role is responsible for building instant rapport with customers over the phone. The Inside Sales Account Manager is expected to be knowledgeable about all SGS service offerings on a technical level to deliver expert customer service, providing support to customers, outside sales, and the Client Services team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing leads, generating bids, and preparing quotes in accordance with SGS standards.
