Comprehensive and supportive program available for newly graduated MCH nurses.We are looking for motivated Maternal and Child Health Nurses with a positive approach to service delivery to join our team.What you’ll be doing:Provide the recommended schedule of health monitoring activities to children from birth to 6 years at key development ages, as specified by the Department of HealthIdentify and provide additional and/or flexible services and programs to meet the needs of families with children, from a range of cultural and social backgrounds.
