Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Build/Edit Digital Vehicle Inspections and EstimatesThoroughly Source Parts and Building EstimatesAccurately Update Job Board Promise Times & Job Status CategoriesCommunicate with Techs Regarding Inspections and Proposed RepairsCommunicate with Vendors Regarding PartsFront-end Parts Reconciliation (receiving and returning)Prepare Phone EstimatesShuttle customers as needed in CBA branded vehicleGreet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respectSecondary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.Stay out of their personal phone and stay focus on the job at hand.Other duties as assigned.
