For more information, please visit <a href="http://grail.com">grail.com</a> GRAIL is seeking a Client Integration Enablement Specialist to drive successful onboarding and activation of client integrations across a rapidly expanding portfolio of partners and integration pathways. This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, healthcare technology, and client engagement, serving as a strategic partner to health systems, digital health companies, and provider organizations. The individual will lead client-facing integration efforts, ensuring seamless adoption of Galleri ordering and results workflows across multiple platforms, including Epic (Aura), Athena, Quest, point-to-point HL7 integrations, and other lab platforms. This role is highly cross-functional and requires the ability to translate between clinical, technical IT, and operational stakeholders to enable scalable, high-quality integrations. You are approved to work remotely from your City and State. While your primary workplace is your home, you may be required to travel occasionally to a GRAIL office or other locations to perform your work or attend team-related events. \n Responsibilities: Client Integration Enablement & Execution <ul> <li>Serve as the primary client-facing integration lead, guiding partners through onboarding, implementation, and activation.</li> <li>Support integration discovery, requirements alignment, and workflow design discussions with the client and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Drive successful deployment of integrations across multiple pathways, including: <ul> <li>Point-to-point HL7 integrations</li> <li>Epic Aura integrations</li> <li>Athena Integrations </li> <li>Quest hub-and-spoke integrations</li> <li>Digital health and non-standard workflows</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure alignment between client workflows and GRAIL capabilities to support scalable, compliant implementations.</li> <li>Internal Planning and execution of future infrastructure enhancements to facilitate scalable Integrations.</li> </ul> Workflow Design & Clinical Informatics Leadership <ul> <li>Possesses Knowledge in clinical workflows and EHR integration best practices.</li> <li>Validate and optimize ordering, resulting, billing, and operational workflows.</li> <li>Bridge the gap between clinical operations and technical implementation.</li> <li>Provide guidance on clinical decision support, patient identification, and workflow optimization strategies.</li> </ul> Technical & Integration Expertise <ul> <li>Guide partners on integration architecture, including: <ul> <li>HL7 (ORM/ORU), FHIR, and API-based integrations</li> <li>Hub-and-spoke vs. point-to-point models</li> <li>Data mapping and workflow configuration</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support requirements definition, solution design, and integration specifications.</li> <li>Partner with internal software, product, and engineering teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.</li> </ul> Testing, Validation & Go-Live <ul> <li>Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end workflow validation.</li> <li>Ensure integrations meet quality, performance, and operational standards prior to go-live.</li> <li>Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, education, and escalation management.</li> </ul> Post-Launch Support & Continuous Improvement <ul> <li>Monitor post-launch performance and support issue resolution.</li> <li>Partner with Customer Service, Lab Operations, and Product teams to address workflow or integration gaps.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for scalability, standardization, and process improvement.</li> </ul> Field Enablement & Internal Leadership <ul> <li>Support training and provide SME support to commercial and field teams.</li> <li>Develop integration playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials.</li> <li>Support deal strategy and client conversations as a technical and workflow expert.</li> </ul> These responsibilities summarize the role’s primary responsibilities and are not an exhaustive list. Required Qualifications: <div> <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li>BS/BA with 2+ years or Master’s with 1+ years of experience in:  <ul> <li>Clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR integrations</li> <li>Client-facing implementation or consulting roles</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong understanding of: <ul> <li>Healthcare workflows (clinical, operational, billing)</li> <li>EHR systems (Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.)</li> <li>Integration standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience leading client implementations and cross-functional projects.</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Travel requirement of 10% as required</li> </ul> </div> Preferred Qualifications: <ul data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li>Experience with Epic (including Aura), Athena, Quest, or lab integrations.</li> <li>Epic certifications (Bridges, Beaker, Ambulatory, or related).</li> <li>Experience with diagnostic labs, oncology, or population health programs.</li> <li>Familiarity with clinical decision support (CDS) and patient engagement workflows.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Client-facing leadership and consultative approach.</li> <li>Deep understanding of clinical + technical workflow intersection.</li> <li>Ability to operate in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.</li> <li>Process-oriented mindset with focus on scalability and quality.</li> </ul> Physical Demands & Working Environment: <ul> <li>Hours and days may vary depending on operational needs.</li> <li>Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary.</li> <li>Travel requirement of 10% as required.</li> </ul> \nExpected full time annual base pay scale for this position is $77K - $95K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including an annual bonus and/or incentives, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and Company discretion. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.
