If you have a background in healthcare IT or clinical imaging and are excited to bridge the gap between technical innovation and real-world medical impact, this is a chance to join a team dedicated to improving millions of lives   Why You’ll Love This Role:   Direct Clinical Impact: Your work ensures doctors have the best tools to make rapid, life-saving decisions for patients.   Autonomy and Ownership: You will work independently to manage your own portfolio of commercial and research implementations.   Dynamic Environment: This is a fast-paced role where you will juggle multiple projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   Growth Focus: You aren't just setting up software; you are a consultant helping accounts identify opportunities for expansion and improved performance.\n Joining the team, you will....<ul> <li>Schedule/conduct project kickoff & update calls with hospitals (both commercial & research)</li> <li>Act as primary liaison between hospitals and RAPID to ensure RAPID product implementation projects are successful</li> <li>Track, document, and organize site information for commercial and research implementations</li> <li>Perform base level troubleshooting & support, including:</li> <li>Ensuring all test scans process appropriately</li> <li>Working with site to configure base protocols on scanners</li> <li>Coach/prepare sites for successful go-lives</li> <li>Coordinate training and follow-ups for customers</li> <li>Manage customer relationship & provide amazing responsiveness/experience</li> <li>Conduct regular reviews with customer to evaluate utilization/performance</li> <li>Work with accounts to identify opportunities of upsell/growth/expansion</li> <li>Communicate new product information/educational opportunities</li> </ul> What you bring to the team!<ul> <li>Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.</li> <li>Core Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects within the healthcare or health-tech field is essential.</li> <li>Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working directly with or for hospitals and healthcare IT departments.</li> <li>Clinical/Technical Literacy: A strong background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical environments, or healthcare-focused IT.</li> <li>Project Lifecycle Management: Proven ability to lead site kickoffs, track and organize site information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Technical Onboarding: Responsible for coordinating server deployments and technical onboarding, including streamlining complex HL7/PACS integrations and multi-node DICOM protocols across hospital ecosystems.</li> <li>Communication & Adaptability: Highly effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical users.</li> <li>Operational Flexibility: Must be independent, self-motivated, and willing to work occasional "odd hours" to meet hospital deployment needs.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div>Nice to Haves</div> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Workflow Optimization: Proficiency in dynamic worklist prioritization within enterprise RIS/PACS environments.</li> <li>Connectivity Expertise: Skilled in modality-to-PACS connectivity and DICOM destination configuration.</li> <li>Systems Administration: Expertise in RHEL/CentOS or Ubuntu (Linux) environments.</li> <li>Professional Certification: Holding a Project Management certification is considered a significant plus.</li> <li>Software Fluency: Advanced proficiency across Google, Microsoft, and Apple product ecosystems.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Location: Candidates ideally will be located in the Eastern Time Zone of the USA.</li> </ul> \n<div>$100,000 - $110,000 a year</div><div>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
