You will relentlessly test hypotheses around onboarding, activation, and retention to drive incremental growth.</li> <li>AI-Forward Execution: Foster the use of AI tools (including "vibe coding" and rapid prototyping) within the PM and design teams to accelerate the build-measure-learn loop and drive extreme process efficiency.</li> <li>Banking Onboarding & CX: Own the end-to-end banking onboarding logic, ensuring a frictionless, delight-driven journey that converts crypto-native users into banking-active users.</li> <li>Portfolio Management: Oversee the evolution of the accounts experience, from core wallet utility to advanced savings and cashflow orchestration features.</li> <li>Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner with Engineering, UX, and Legal/Compliance to evolve our collaboration model, ensuring the "Bank" segment ships high-quality products at an elite fintech pace.</li> <li>Team Coaching: Lead and mentor a squad of 2-3 PMs, instilling a customer-obsessed and data-driven mindset across the organization.</li> </ul> Requirements<ul> <li>Engagement & Activation Expert: 7–10+ years of product leadership at high-growth consumer fin-techs, neo-banks, or digital marketplaces.
