Your focus will be enabling the ramp up in rate and volume of materials to the floor, with the goals of ensuring we meeting production service level expectations</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>What you'll do:</b><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Interface between Suppliers, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align schedules and resources for critical path items</li> <li>Translate Engineering bills of materials into actionable planning signals for the Supply Chain and Production teams</li> <li>Monitor and report supply risk mitigation strategies to internal customers on a continuous basis</li> <li>Identify and clearly communicate schedule blockers and their impacts</li> <li>Manage full product lifecycle demand and supply planning signals, with an emphasis on the transition from development to production</li> <li>Negotiate internally &amp; externally to ensure resources are appropriately allocated</li> <li>Create tools and innovate planning processes to help the supply chain operate more efficiently</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>What we’re looking for:</b><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance</li> <li>3+ Yrs in Manufacturing, Planning, or Supply Chain</li> <li>Experience translating Engineering designs into demand and supply plans</li> <li>Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems</li> <li>Strong computer skills with MS office or G-Suite applications&nbsp;</li> <li>General understanding of quality system functionality</li> <li>Have strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact and work effectively with many levels of personnel and suppliers</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Bonus points for: </b><ul> <li>Master’s Degree</li> <li>Start-up or high growth environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with resource allocation</li> <li>Creating and maintaining master schedules</li> <li>Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP)</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Must-have requirements: </b><ul> <li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs</li> <li>Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics</li> <li>Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time</li> <li>Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$30 - $42 an hour</div><small><div>This is a contract position.</div></small>\n<p><span style="font-size: 10px;">#LI-Hybrid</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">At CFS, we excel in fast-paced environments, driven by our values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
