If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing software consultancy, we invite you to apply and join us on this exciting journey.\n What You'll Do<ul><li>Build out new features and enhancements for the client's primary SaaS product, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements</li><li>Identify general improvements across various areas of the application, proactively surfacing opportunities to enhance user experience, performance, and functionality</li><li>Write clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business teams around a shared vision</li><li>Create and maintain well-scoped Jira tickets, ensuring acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities are clearly defined for the development team</li><li>Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs in Figma to communicate product concepts and user flows</li><li>Work directly with developers throughout their sprints — answering questions, walking through requirements, attending demos, and reviewing test cases to ensure delivery matches intent</li><li>Analyze product usage data and reporting in Power BI to inform prioritization decisions and measure the impact of shipped features</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders) to keep work moving smoothly from concept through release</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar product-focused role, preferably within a SaaS environment</li><li>Proven experience writing high-quality PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into well-structured user stories and tickets</li><li>Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle tracking</li><li>Working proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypes</li><li>Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to analyze product metrics, build reports, and translate data into product insights</li><li>Comfortable working directly with engineering teams during sprint ceremonies — standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retros</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies</li><li>Background in QA, UX research, or front-end development</li><li>Prior experience working in a consultancy or client-services environment</li></ul> Company Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases.</li><li>Generous paid-time-off policy</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Work remotely</li><li>Continuing education, training, conferences</li><li>Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications</li></ul> \nBeing a consultant in our team is a fun, challenging, and rewarding career choice.
