\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities</b><ul><li><b>Strategic Planning &amp; Design Execution</b></li><li>Develop and implement data-driven space planning strategies that optimize occupancy, workflow efficiency, and user comfort.</li><li>Conduct field verifications, site assessments, and post-move inspections to ensure design accuracy and functional outcomes.</li><li>Produce and maintain detailed floor plans and space allocation diagrams using AutoCAD and iOffice software.</li><li>Lead signage and wayfinding initiatives to enhance navigation, compliance, and visual consistency across all Fund properties.</li><li><b>Coordination &amp; Collaboration</b></li><li>Partner with Tenant Services leadership, Facilities Management, and IMF Space Planning teams to align layouts and reconfigurations with organizational goals.</li><li>Support coordination of furniture standards, reconfigurations, and design layouts in collaboration with the MAC and Furniture teams.</li><li>Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure deliverables meet IMF standards and project timelines.</li><li><b>Data Management &amp; Reporting</b></li><li>Maintain and audit iOffice data for accuracy in seating assignments, occupancy utilization, and departmental allocations.</li><li>Prepare and present space metrics, dashboards, and visual reporting for leadership reviews and KPI validation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ADA, safety, and Fund space standards documentation.</li><li><b>Client Experience &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></li><li>Contribute to the holistic client experience by integrating functional, aesthetic, and accessible design principles into all space-related decisions.</li><li>Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline move, signage, and reconfiguration workflows.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve workplace design and enhance staff engagement.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in space planning, workplace design, or corporate facilities management Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or iOffice (or equivalent CAFM system).</li><li>Strong visual and spatial reasoning with attention to technical precision.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.</li><li>Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and corporate signage standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$105,000 - $115,000 a year</div>\n
