Your work will help align field operations with management expectations, reduce turnaround and idle time, and establish a strong, sustainable culture of continuous improvement.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>What Will You Do</b><ul> <li>Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all operational functions (driver operation, pool operations, vehicle maintenance, inspection, etc.).</li> <li>Ensure SOPs are aligned with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the rental industry.</li> <li>Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks through data analysis, field observation, and stakeholder interviews.</li> <li>Recommend improvements that increase productivity, reduce cost, enhance turnaround time, and improve service quality.</li> <li>Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to align on process improvements.</li> <li>Ensure operational processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.</li> <li>Provide corrective action recommendations and support follow-up implementation.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>What Will You Need</b><ul> <li>Minimum <strong>7 years of experience</strong> in operations, process improvement, or quality management—preferably in the <strong>mining industry,</strong> fleet management or related industries.</li> <li>Proven track record in developing SOPs and implementing process improvement projects.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of operational workflows, strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and propose actionable improvements.</li> <li>Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, strong documentation skills and ability to translate complex processes into clear procedures.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate operational issues and propose preventive solutions.</li> <li>Hands-on, proactive, and practical in executing improvement initiatives.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p><strong style="font-size: 16px;">About the Team</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">You’ll join a data-driven team that plays a key role in shaping fleet operations and strategy.
