Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.   About Role: Lead and control daily pickup operations to ensure all orders are collected from merchants on time and transferred to hubs according to SLA and route plans.   About Code: Incremental 2026OPSC-067\n Job Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Responsible for the delivery of facilities services across a designated area in as agreed within the SLA.</li> <li>Lead a multi-skilled team to provide Facilities Management services in accordance with the SLA.</li> <li>Monitor reporting daily, ensuring that all client service requests are allocated to the appropriate supply partner and closed out accordingly.</li> <li>Ensure all new starters (such as new vendors on site or any third party, contractors) receive all the necessary introductions promptly and accurately.</li> <li>Provide timely and accurate management information.</li> <li>Enhance the service delivery through best practice and the effective use of systems and equipment.</li> <li>Ensure all necessary processes/procedures are in operation and adhered to.</li> <li>Manage all service contracts including; cleaning, vending, security, catering, maintenance, fleet, office management etc.</li> <li>Coordinate facilities and project management, from inception to completion for the client sites.</li> <li>Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.</li> <li>Produce regular reports according to schedule agreed with the client using CBRE internal systems.</li> <li>Hold regular progress reviews to ensure client satisfaction.</li> <li>Liaise with landlord and property managers to ensure their service charge obligations are met.</li> <li>Manage budgets and prepare regular forecasts according to agreed schedules targets.</li> <li>Responsible for Health and Safety on site, monthly HSE inspections and regular audits.</li> <li>Follow the HSE policy within the SLA and required by CBRE policy.</li> <li>Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.</li> <li>Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained and operated in a safe manner.</li> </ul> Job Qualifications:<ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping field.</li> <li>Very good English Level.</li> <li>Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.</li> <li>High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree.</li> <li>Decision Making and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Analytical and reporting skills.</li> <li>Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.</li> <li>Time Management and multi-tasking.</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.</li> <li>Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment.</li> <li>Focused and professional attitude.</li> </ul> \n
