Now we shape the future of smart robotics together! </li> <li> We combine world-class research with top-notch engineering and apply it to solve real problems </li> </ul> </div> Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:<div> <h3>Marketing Operations </h3> <ul> <li> CRM/Marketing Automation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing operations within our CRM (HubSpot). </li> <li> Data and Metrics: Be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics across all channels. </li> <li> Metric Development: Build and maintain comprehensive marketing metrics dashboards and reporting features within HubSpot to provide actionable insights to the team. </li> <li> Process Optimization: Assist in defining, documenting, and optimizing marketing processes, workflows, and lead management within the tech stack. </li> <li> System Integrity: Ensure data cleanliness, synchronization, and compliance within the marketing database. </li> </ul> <h3>Digital Execution</h3> <ul> <li> Paid Social Media: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn ) to drive lead generation and brand awareness. </li> <li> Website Management: Perform routine website updates, including content changes, layout adjustments, and ensuring overall site health and responsiveness. </li> <li> Landing Page Development: Design, build, and deploy landing pages for various campaigns using our CMR/HubSpot tools. </li> <li> A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing strategies for campaigns, emails, landing pages, and website elements to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience. </li> <li> SEO/SEM Support: Provide support for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts as needed. </li> </ul> </div> What skills we’d like you to have:  <ul> <li> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. </li> <li> 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably involving digital marketing or marketing operations. </li> <li> Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub is strongly preferred. </li> <li> Familiarity with paid social media platforms and campaign management (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and the use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop. </li> <li> Experience with basic website content management systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, or similar). </li> <li> Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate findings into practical recommendations. </li> <li> Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. </li> <li> Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul> What should you expect once you apply?<div> <ul> <li> 3-5 Interviews.
