This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing collections, customer service, and accounting support in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><div>• Make 40–60 outbound calls daily regarding outstanding invoices and payment status<br>• Assist customers with payments, invoice copies, ACH/wire information, and account resolution<br>• Document collections activity and maintain accurate customer records<br>• Resolve customer concerns related to service, shipping, warranty, and billing issues<br>• Support credit requests, RMAs, and customer account servicing<br>• Cross-train within accounting functions including invoicing, AP processing, and payment processing</div><p><br></p><b>Qualifications: </b><div>• Previous collections, AR, customer service, or accounting support experience<br>• Strong communication and relationship-building skills<br>• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls<br>• Ability to handle customer objections professionally and confidently<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills<br>• Team player with a positive and professional attitude</div><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$20 - $22 an hour</div>\n<p>#GHJSS #LI-LM1</p>
