This role focuses on managing existing leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><div> <ul> <li data-section-id="uvk5eg" data-start="541" data-end="618">Make 85–100 outbound calls daily to engage prospects and existing clients</li> <li data-section-id="1aeb3uy" data-start="619" data-end="688">Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat and new business</li> <li data-section-id="10amnx7" data-start="689" data-end="762">Manage and grow assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling</li> <li data-section-id="1it7e53" data-start="763" data-end="824">Provide quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities</li> <li data-section-id="2and87" data-start="825" data-end="882">Re-engage inactive accounts and recover lost business</li> <li data-section-id="9zxxgu" data-start="883" data-end="949">Partner with distributors and clients to expand sales pipeline</li> <li data-section-id="1mpfsn2" data-start="950" data-end="1006">Track activity and manage accounts using CRM systems</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><div> <ul> <li data-section-id="1xang2l" data-start="1029" data-end="1072">3+ years of inside B2B sales experience</li> <li data-section-id="j40jc9" data-start="1073" data-end="1119">Strong communication and persuasion skills</li> <li data-section-id="1it31br" data-start="1120" data-end="1177">Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment</li> <li data-section-id="vetmk3" data-start="1178" data-end="1243">Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)</li> <li data-section-id="17fzoun" data-start="1244" data-end="1292">Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$20 - $30 an hour</div><small><p data-start="152" data-end="235"><strong data-start="189" data-end="206">Compensation:</strong> Base + Uncapped Commission</p></small>\n<p>#GHJSS #LI-CV1</p>
