Fi is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to provide strategic and analytical insights, support investor communications, and drive ROI-positive projects alongside senior management as the company scales. As the second hire for this team, you will play a pivotal role in equipping Fi's business leaders with data and tools to guide decision-making as we grow and explore new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a creative, persistent self-starter who thrives on analyzing complex data, contributing innovative ideas, and navigating ambiguity. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate.
