Reporting to the Head of Outbound / Revenue Operations, the Analyst — Outbound Operations will be the operational backbone of Sprinto's outbound sales engine. You will own the day-to-day systems, processes, and data that keep the SDR and outbound AE teams running at full capacity — from ensuring every rep is tooled up and reachable on Day 1, to making sure no domain goes dark and no number gets flagged as spam. This is a high-execution, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in structured BAU environments and takes genuine ownership of the operational plumbing that powers outbound revenue.   \n What Your Impact Will Look Like: <div> 1. Incentive & Compensation Tracking <ul data-start="163" data-end="437"> <li data-section-id="um5ovs" data-start="163" data-end="292">Calculate and track monthly/quarterly incentives for SDRs and AEs, ensuring alignment with attainment, SPIFFs, and comp plans</li> <li data-section-id="1jh9xcv" data-start="293" data-end="437">Maintain accurate payout trackers, reconcile discrepancies, and partner with Finance/RevOps to ensure transparent, well-documented processes</li> </ul> 2. Daily & Weekly Reporting <ul data-start="473" data-end="726"> <li data-section-id="x6h92h" data-start="473" data-end="602">Own outbound performance reporting across activity, pipeline, and outcome metrics with clear dashboards in HubSpot and Sheets</li> <li data-section-id="1hzutt8" data-start="603" data-end="726">Deliver weekly insights and MBR data packs with trend analysis, outliers, and actionable recommendations for leadership</li> </ul> 3. Email Deliverability & Domain Health <ul data-start="774" data-end="1034"> <li data-section-id="1artrh5" data-start="774" data-end="903">Preferred knowledge of monitoring domain health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), inbox placement, and key deliverability metrics, proactively resolving issues</li> <li data-section-id="1p4ye2r" data-start="904" data-end="1034">Manage mailbox/domain warm-up, sequence audits, and collaborate with IT/vendors on DNS, blacklisting, and authentication fixes</li> </ul> 4. Spam & Caller ID Monitoring <ul data-start="1073" data-end="1271"> <li data-section-id="1htos6h" data-start="1073" data-end="1168">Track and improve caller ID reputation, answer/connect rates, and spam flags across dialers</li> <li data-section-id="15c35en" data-start="1169" data-end="1271">Manage number rotation, remediation (Hiya, TNS, etc.), and report call health trends to leadership</li> </ul> 5. New Rep Onboarding & Tool Access <ul data-start="1315" data-end="1579"> <li data-section-id="1ea61b2" data-start="1315" data-end="1433">Own end-to-end tool provisioning (CRM, sequencing, dialer, enrichment) and ensure readiness before outreach begins</li> <li data-section-id="manyv6" data-start="1434" data-end="1579">Maintain onboarding playbooks, streamline workflows with cross-functional teams, and support new hires with tool training and troubleshooting</li> </ul> </div> What You’ll Bring To The Team:We need a structured, detail-oriented operator who takes pride in operational excellence.
