Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:</span></p><p><br></p><p> - 6PB+ Ceph storage</p><p> - 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems</p><p> - 300k+ service requests/sec processed</p><p> - 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Your day-to-day:</b><ul> <li>People management (hiring, growth, performance, salary reviews).</li> <li>Management of 8-10 senior engineers team delivery according to business priorities, ensuring right team ambition according to capacity.</li> <li>&nbsp;Team health: Catch problems early, don’t wait for retros.</li> <li>Ensure team skill composition matches product direction.</li> <li>Own delivery outcomes: PM defines what/why; EM owns how/when/who.</li> <li>Accept work from PM, push back when specs aren’t ready.</li> <li>Reporting delivery expectations, status and flags to business.</li> <li>Balance features, experiments, tech debt, bug fixes.</li> <li>Remove impediments: cross-team deps, infra blockers, unclear requirements.</li> <li>Technical excellence: code review culture, testing, observability.</li> <li>Infrastructure reliability (650B+ req/month, 300K+ req/sec - uptime is existential).</li> <li>Day-to-day architecture decisions; escalate strategic ones to Head of PD.</li> <li>Tech debt decisions: when to pay down, when to live with it.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Your skills &amp; experience:</b><div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Product sensibility: understands why, not just how.</li> <li>Comfortable with high-autonomy engineering cultures.</li> <li>Technical background.</li> <li>Fluent English (international team).</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS</strong>:</div> <ul> <li>Experience in System Architecture.</li> <li>SaaS / API / developer tools experience.</li> <li>Python ecosystem (Django, async Python) experience.</li> <li>High-throughput distributed systems (billions-scale) experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of proxy, scraping, or data collection industry.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Salary:</b><ul> <li><strong>Gross salary:</strong> 6000 EUR/month&nbsp; - 8000 EUR/gross + quarterly KPI-based performance bonus.<br>Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>To support your professional growth and make you feel taken care of, we’ve put together an expansive benefit package.
