You’ll get real-time feedback on calls, deal strategy sessions, and the kind of development that actually accelerates a sales career.   <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li> Prospect and generate qualified pipeline through cold calls, email sequences, and social outreach </li> <li> Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying fit and urgency before passing to Account Executives </li> <li> Build relationships with high-producing agents and brokerage leaders across the country </li> <li> Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets </li> <li> Learn the real estate technology landscape and become a trusted resource for prospects early in the sales cycle </li> <li> Collaborate closely with AEs, marketing, and sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve conversion </li> </ul> <h3> What We’re Looking For</h3>\n Experience<div> <ul> <li> 1+ years in a lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales role using phone, email, or social selling.
